Well, our long period of slient hard work seems to have paid off. We have a 90-day lock on our new piece of land on East Colfax Avenue in Denver, right near the Tattered Cover Bookstore. We're working with Jesse Adkins and Chris Shears of ShearsAdkins architecture and our general counsel, John Oppenheim, on making the best use of the lock on the land for due diligence.
